bis' SSI is a superb single, greatly reminding me of their earlier releases (such as Kyoukuto Strip and Nerigachi Otome) in quality. The name track, "SSI", is very bis-like: fast, funny, bouncy, full of fascinating little details. "Ruby Soho", the song that follows, bathes in crazy energy, sending gleeful rays of sun through any clody day -if you can get past the butchered English, the song is a bullseye~ The third and the last track is "Color of mind...", a beautifully composed rock piece that doesn't pale in a bit in comparison to the other two songs. It's whistful sound crowns the release. A strong jrock release, one of my all-time favourites -definitely worth purchasing~!
