20年の眠りから目覚め、伝説のバンドDEAD ENDが遂に動き出す。MORRIE (vo)、YOU (g)、CRAZY COOL JOE (b)、MINATO (ds)とメジャーデビュー時の最強メンバーで再始動。80年代に君臨し、わずか6年の間に幾多の伝説をロックシーンに残し活動休止。現在、メインストリームで活躍しているアーティストのカリスマ中のカリスマバンドとして歴史に名を残す。そのDEAD END再始動第一弾アルバムと同時に幻の1stアルバム『DEAD LINE』を再リリース。ボーナストラックとして、ソノシートとして日の目を見るはずだったソノシート音源を収録。1990年に突如として活動中止を宣言して早20年。伝説になった話題は数多く、『DEAD LINE』は当時インディーズとしては驚愕のセールスを記録、DEAD END伝説を作った。結成わずか1年足らずで各地のライブのチケットが入手困難になりライブ会場はパニックとなった。そのファンの待ちわびた1sアルバムがこの『DEAD LINE』だった。
