九州に実在する最恐の心霊スポット旧犬鳴トンネル。その近くには日本政府の統治が及ばない集落"犬鳴村"があり、そこに立ち入った者は決して戻れないという、都市伝説がある。書き込みサイトやSNSには村周辺を訪れた恐怖体験が数多く寄せられている。犬鳴村は、旧犬鳴トンネルの先にあると言われているが、現在はダムが建設され、日本地図にその痕跡は残っていない。これは単なる都市伝説なのか、真実なのか・・・決して触れてはいけない"犬鳴村"が、Jホラーの第一人者・清水崇監督によって完全オリジナルストーリーで映画化! そして、本作待望のヒロインとして白羽の矢が立ったのが、『ダンスウィズミー』でダンス女子を熱演した三吉彩花。主演として臨床心理士の奏を演じ、大切な人達を守るため、"犬鳴村"の呪いと恐怖に対峙する! ――臨床心理士の森田奏の周りで突如、奇妙な出来事が起こり始める。「わんこがねぇやに ふたしちゃろ～♪」奇妙なわらべ歌を口ずさみ、おかしくなった女性、行方不明になった兄弟、そして繰り返される不可解な変死・・・。それらの共通点は心霊スポット【犬鳴トンネル】だった。「トンネルを抜けた先に村があって、そこで××を見た・・・」突然死した女性が死の直前に残したこの言葉は、一体どんな意味なのか?全ての謎を突き止めるため、奏は犬鳴トンネルに向かう。しかしその先には、決して踏み込んではいけない、驚愕の真相があった・・・! 特別限定版は、「犬鳴村 恐怖回避ばーじょん」(予定)を収録したボーナスディスク(DVD)付き。
