BOX第3巻。――本郷の後輩・風見志郎は、偶然、デストロンの怪人・はさみジャガーに襲われていた女性・珠純子を助ける。しかし、そのことで彼の両親と妹は怪人に殺されてしまう。デストロンに復讐を誓った志郎は、1号と2号に自分の改造を依頼するも断られる。しかし、デストロンの罠からライダーを救出し重傷を負った志郎の命を救うため、1号と2号は彼の改造手術を決行。ここに仮面ライダーV3が誕生する! 第36話～第52話を収録。ブックレット(16P)封入。
