Description

Plot: Set in Susukino, Sapporo in Hokkaido, a private detective drinks alcohol with his driver Takada in his favorite bar. Then, he receives a phone call from a woman named Kyoko Kondo. The woman asks the detective to do a simple task. The detective thinks the work is easy and accepts it. However he is kidnapped in the middle of the work and buried under snow. Fortunately he survives, but he receives another phone call from Kyoko Kondo. . .

舞台は札幌・ススキノ。この街の裏も表も知り尽くした探偵は、いつものように行きつけのBARで相棒兼運転手の高田と酒を飲み、オセロに興じていた。そこへ"コンドウキョウコ"と名乗る女から電話が・・・。職業柄、危険の匂いには敏感なはずが、簡単な依頼だと思い引き受け、翌日実行。だがその直後に拉致され、雪に埋められ、半殺しの目に遭ってしまう。怒りが収まらぬ探偵の元に、再び"コンドウキョウコ"から電話が・・・。その依頼を渋々こなし、自力での報復に動き出した探偵と高田は、知らず知らずのうちに事態の核心に触れていく。その過程で浮かび上がる、沙織という謎の美女と大物実業家・霧島の存在。そして、探偵は4つの殺人事件にぶつかる・・・。果たして、"コンドウキョウコ"は何を目論んでいるのか? 事件と事件のつながりは何なのか? 探偵と高田は、今日も街を疾走する。そして最後に待つものとは?
