MYV stated it himself, his style is changing but the innermost part stays the same. I'd say this is a pure, 100% genuine sample of what MYV is capable of. The tracks sound different again from his previous album, although this is nothing that should surprise a Miyavi fan, as he's been changing and evolving constantly. The tracks make it clear how much fun he has collaborating with the KAVKI BOIZ, and they're creating an awesome sound together. He wants to break down the walls and go beyond, as he said at at his concert: We are Visual Kei. It absolutely rocks, so hard. I bought this and both other single's versions, and I did not regret it, because the third dokuso track, which is the difference between the jacket types, is absolutely worth it! You might feel startled at first when you expect the pure accoustics of the dokuso album (as much as you'll be startled when you expect the chill/lounge tunes from the most recent 7 Samurai album XD), but hot damn, that man is just so versatile, and maturing so fast. This is one of my favourite singles, the songs are just as awesome live at the concerts. Miyavi has improved his voice even further, so yes, I wholeheartedly recommend this CD! :D

Customer Reviews
miyavi is trying to change his style, and is improving his techniques and writting some wonderful songs.
Miyavi never stops improving as an artist. On this new single, his vocals have improved dramatically and he flows much better with the strong melodies. "Sakihokoru" is a fresh, feel-good summer anthem dedicated to youth and it is a clever mix of hip-hop and classic Miyavi guitar work. Myv touches on rap here, while still keeping the distorted vocals, ala "Galyuu" period, on the bridge. TYKO, the background beat boxer, adds to the fun and the transitions between verses and chorus is flawless and very pleasing to the ears. A perfect mix of great lyrics, a fabulous tune and awesome instrumentals/vocals. "Kabuki Danshi" is very funky and fun and the vocals are once again perfect. The beat works with the flow and the jazzy saxophone enhances the feel of the song; the tap and eccentric drums add to the individuality and smooth hip-hop melody. The remake of "Shoukyo to Sakujyo" does a good job showcasing Miyavi's singing process and I like how the acoustic guitar is still a prominent part. As poignant as the original, with more polished composition and verse transitions. This new single is highly recommended! You really can't ask for a more inviting summer single.
