I missed the original pressing of this limited DVD, but was very happy to find a much cheaper re-issue instead. I'm not familiar with most of Miyavi's songs yet, but even I found this DVD quite enjoyable to watch. I bet it would be even more fun if I knew the original versions of the songs he and his band play. This is an "acoustic" set, but not as you would think. Miyavi sits and stands there with his acoustic guitar and sometimes acoustic drums, and he plays his unique brand of acoustics and sings. He is joined by a musician for a few songs, such as a tapdancer, a human beatbox, a DJ, a drummer, a taiko drummer, and a painter is working somewhere at the side of the room through it all. Later on, the whole band comes together and plays the last few songs. Miyavi sure knows how to make a fun show out of his concerts. Definately worth picking up, I'd say, especially for this price.
