I think somebody else already said that this is a good album to pick up if you have never heard of RIP SLYME or never bought an album. I'd have to agree with that. I always take this cd when I travel or when I have someone that isn't necessarily interested in J-POP music in my car. My girlfriend, who is very picky about music, likes this cd and she hates it when I play J-POP in the car. I think that proves that it is universally appealing!
A best of album was quite needed for this group - and this album suceeds in fulfilling that cause. For new listeners they get to hear the best of the best while old fans get to own their very own Good Job. The packaging is amazing, with drawings inspired by the anime "Tensai Bakabon" and each track is enjoyed. New additions are "Under the Sun" - a daring piece in comparison to their usual pop style, "More & More" which was used for Tekken 5's commercial and the exciting Tricky Remix of "Stepper's Delight" which was used for Nike Asia's campaign. For those who can't afford to own every Rip Slyme album, Good Job helps five temporary relief but as well makes you want more.
