Rentrer en soi's first album is quite amazing. Produced by the former singer of Baiser (a classic in visual kei music), it has several similarities with its predecessor, but it's also a revelation. Indeed, the band has improved since the first mini-album Yurikago : Satsuki's voice is quite impressive on ballad songs such as a prelude and wither, the guitarists show some new faces of their capacity on songs like Eyes of Forest which includes a lot of effects or Taikyou naru yousui yuugi where arpeggios are at their best. The guitars are not the only which have been worked, Ryo and Mika did a quite impressive job on Eyes of Forest or Iconoclasm. Overall, here's a very good album which showed how visual kei can still evolve, without talking about how Rentrer en soi has now become a great band such as Dir en grey, with whom they are very close...

An excellent cd, with lots of beautiful, soft songs and a few headbanging ones thrown in. Satsuki's voice is amazing, and this album only gets better after repeated listens. I've enjoyed everything this band has put out so far ^_^
