Great album! Possible the best that Merry has put forth. Every song sound great and polished, not a single filler track as far as I can tell. If you're new to this band, I suggest this be your first album.

A little bit jazzy, a little bit rock, throw in some raspy (often screaming) vocals, and ta-da: you have Merry. Most all of the tracks are upbeat to fast paced in tempo. Kuroi Niji is one of, if not, their best ballads, and Japanese Modernist, is their 'anthem' of sorts. All the songs are great and very catchy. Don't know how much retro Rocks? This is the epitome of retro-jazzy-rock&roll.
