THE SEVENTH NIGHT

I am not GACKT ( from 2009 is GACKT ) huge fan, i like some songs from him, but not recently is in my music player ( his new single yes! <33 ). But this album, asking me, is most mature, where you can feel his voice, feelings.. Acoustic, from guitar to piano and orcestar is awesome, will make you cry or so smile from happiness. Yes, his most convince album for me. Booklet and pictures in it are just no words.. I don't get why other gave to Seventh Night 3-4 stars becasue is really a masterpiece, this album could be in 50# best acosutic from the world EVER, for sure! Last Song- piano version, or Mind Forest version are just breath taking!

Technically, this album is proficient. The arrangements are admirable, even on the tracks that were already acoustic. Something seems to be missing from it, though, as it's... boring. Dull as dishwater. If you're a diehard Gackt fan, you'll buy it anyway and probably love it. If you like acoustic work, you may enjoy it for the competent arrangements. If you're looking for something new and exciting, though, you may want to look elsewhere.

The choice of songs was unexpected. Some of the songs I could never imagine as "unplugged" but they came out beautifully!! a few of the songs were already unplugged, but the new arrangements are amazing!! Gackt's voice is clearly at it's best with these softer versions of previous songs. If you never get tired of listening to his beautiful vocals, then this is for you! I listen to it over and over again. And the pictures in the album are beautiful, too. all black and white, with Gackt and You playing guitars, and Gackt playing the piano. If you like that acustic guitar sound, or the soothing way Gackt plays the piano, you have to have this!! It's so beautiful I could cry...
