今年5月に4曲入りEPで華々しくデビューを飾ったガールズ・メタル界の新星LOVEBITESが、"覚醒"の1stフルレングス・アルバムをドロップ! サポート・メンバーながら、EPでは作曲などサウンド面での重要人物であったmi-ya (g, key)が正式にパーマネント・メンバーとして加入。全曲英詞で、音楽的方向性はEPの延長線上にはありつつも、本作ではさらにファストに、さらにメタリックに・・・。幅の広がった楽曲が並ぶ。EPに引き続き、ミキシングとマスタリングそれぞれを、フィンランドの凄腕エンジニア・チームであるミッコ・カルミラ、ミカ・ユッシラが担当。カヴァー・イラストは、HELLOWEENの30周年記念本『HELLBOOK』の表紙はじめイラストを描いた、スペインのアート・ユニット、カルロスとデイヴィッドのペンによるもの。初回限定盤には、ミュージック・ビデオ2本を収録予定したDVDを付属。ダブル紙ジャケット仕様。
