Description
Blu-ray release of "Ponyo on the Cliff by the Sea," the latest masterpiece from the acclaimed animation director Hayao Miyazaki and Studio Ghibli. A 5-year-old boy Sosuke who lives in a house on the cliff be friends a strange looking goldfish who has flown to the shore from her home on jelly fish. After taking a great liking to her, Sosuke names her Ponyo and promises to protect her. This makes Ponyo very happy and she decides to live with Sosuke as a human, even though she is a magical fish. However, her father Fujimoto tries to bring her back to her home in deep ocean, because if she gives up her underwater life a crack in the ancient magic spell would be created, placing the world in a grave danger. Sosuke and Ponyo must set things right.
