This is one of the definitive "Dan" releases and the sound here is impressive. The Lp replica is very nice, with the nicer white cardboard (not the old style brown). Pick up these great mini-cd's and build up your collection of classic music from the golden age of rock & roll. The SHM-CD disc replicates the center from the original vinyl, and not the silver understated finish that accompanies many other SHM-CD's from other artists. Recommended!

I purchased all of the first six S.D mini LP SHM cd`s and this one stands out as Steely Dan`s most consistent work bar none. Every song swings, and to my ears I have never heard the fan`s of William S Burroughs write with such wit and levity as they do on this album. If one was to only own one Steely Dan album this would be the one.I previously owned the Steely Dan box set, and these cd`s, are far superior in terms of sound quality and dynamic range. Go ahead part with some of that filthy lucre and pick this one up!
