2012年3月に大阪と東京で2ヶ所3公演が行われた"GARNET CROW livescope 2012 ～the tales of memories～"の模様がDVD化! このライブは最新オリジナル・アルバム『メモリーズ』を掲げて行われた公演。天井から垂れ下がった幾重ものドレープをあしらった6本の白いカーテンが宮殿を彷彿させる厳かなたたずまいのセットが印象的で、1曲1曲の雰囲気を大切にした演出が見所。演奏曲もアルバム『メモリーズ』を主体にしながらも、ライブでの人気曲やアコースティック・スタイルのナンバー、そして3月に発売された、ファンのリクエストによって収録曲が決定したカップリングベスト『GOODBYE LONELY ～Bside collection～』からの曲が披露されたりと、多彩な表情を持つ楽曲達が詰まっている。さらに特典映像には、DVD化の希望が寄せられていた、2011年のカウントダウンライブから厳選された3曲を収録。
