Description
DVD release of Mamoru Oshii's film "The Red Spectacles." The story is set in the end of 20th century. Tokyo Metropolitan Police formed the special investigation unit called "hellhound - Kerberos" to control atrocious crimes. But their ruthless investigation activities are criticized by the public, and they are forced to dismantle the unit. However some of them resufes to disarm and rises in revolt. All of them were quickly arrested, except Koichi Todome. Three years later. . .

「スカイ・クロラ」「GHOST IN THE SHELL/攻殻機動隊」の押井守監督・初期作品が3作品同時に単品DVDで発売!! ――20世紀末・・・凶悪化する都市犯罪に対抗し、警視庁は特捜班を結成した。特殊強化服と重火器で武装した彼らは<地獄の番犬=ケルベロス>の俗称で呼ばれ、犯罪界に対し果敢な挑戦を開始する。だが、非情な捜査活動に世論の非難が集中し、やがてその組織は解体を余儀なくされてしまう。彼らの一部は武装解除を拒否し、後に「ケルベロス騒乱」と呼ばれる事件に発展。それは当局の熾烈な弾圧と決起者全員逮捕をもって終局を迎えた。その中で突入班・都々目紅一だけは、強化服と共に国外逃亡を果たす。そして3年。大きなトランクを携え、紅一が帰ってきた。しかし、あまりに変わった<街>に紅一は・・・。
