ソロアイドル7年目に突入。寺嶋由芙の代表曲となるであろう、新曲発売。ソロデビュー曲「#ゆーふらいと」が。2014年2月26日(水)にリリースされて、丸6年。2020年2月26日(水)に、当時と同じクリエーター陣を迎え、新曲をリリース。「#ゆーふらいと」は、デビュー曲ということもあり、寺嶋由芙の"節目、大事なタイミング"で必ず歌っていた楽曲であり、歌詞の中にある『# (ハッシュタグ) 辿って』というフレーズは、寺嶋由芙のアイドル活動での重要なキーワードの一つとなっている。当初、"5周年イヤーで、今の寺嶋由芙の代表曲をつくりたい!"という流れの中で、『「#ゆーふらいと」のその後』の曲を作ろうということになり、完成した楽曲。すでに、2019年7月7日に行われた、生誕ライブ『ゆっふぃーらんらんコンサート』から披露。初回限定盤には、ライブ『ゆっふぃーらんらんコンサート』の映像を収録したBlu-ray付き。※ジャケットデザインは初回限定盤・通常盤で異なります。
