HKT48を5月29日(土)に卒業する森保まどかのラストフォトブック。完全撮り下ろし写真で構成。HKT48の本拠地である福岡でのオールロケ。青い海と空が広がるリゾート地・糸島やカーフェリーで渡るのんびりとした雰囲気の能古島、中洲の屋台、唐人町の馴染みのお店、そしてシーサイドももち周辺、HKT48劇場などで撮影を敢行。ピアノを弾く美しい姿はもちろん、23歳の大人の女性に成長した水着やランジェリー姿も披露。森保が「女性ファンの方にも喜んでもらいたい」と思って選んだ、ビスチェやボディスーツなどもあり、全編、森保の私服に近いナチュラルでガーリーな服を着ての撮影となった。いつもの大人っぽい雰囲気とは違う森保にも注目。笑顔からアンニュイな表情まで、カジュアルからドレスまで、爽やかな朝から夕景、夜景まで、そして山や海、町並みと、さまざまな音を奏でる森保まどかに出会える一冊に。「スコア」とは楽譜という意味。また、ここまで一緒に駆け抜けてきた1期生(今田美奈、熊沢世莉奈、下野由貴、松岡菜摘、村重杏奈、本村碧唯)と、7人組ユニット・Chouのメンバー(松岡菜摘、栗原紗英、神志那結衣、松本日向、宮﨑想乃、山下エミリー)が友情出演。撮り下ろし2ショットカットや、お互いにあてた直筆の手紙も掲載している。
