Despite of having terrible jacket design, and having only one new song, let's face it, BoA is back with an album that's packed with amazing songs that include vast range of genre! I mean: -MASAYUME CHASING (energetic cutie that will lure J-Pop lovers) -Shout It Out (a long awaited spicy dance number with even spicier routine) -Message (a very classy autumn-ish song) -Milestone and close to me (heart-breaking ballads, which is BoA's forte, she's still crowning the title of winter ballad queen IMO) -and please, there's Only One in this album I'd say if you're looking for a content, WHO'S BACK? is really promising a high quality music to enjoy, a playlist for gym or even a roadtrip, totally an amazing album (again, still not a fan of the jackets LOL)
