ASPARAGUSの前作"MONT BLANC"リリースから4年4ヶ月振りの5枚目のオリジナルアルバム。新曲10曲に加え、通販と会場限定で販売されたマキシ・シングル"umbrella"に収録された「ABYSS」、ダウンロード限定で販売されている「CLOSED LOVE」、3P3B設立10周年を記念してリリースされたオムニバスオリジナルアルバム"CARRY THAT WEIGHT II"に収録された「Volt-Ampere」、BKTS TOUR 2009ライブ会場限定で販売されたthe band apart、COMEBACK MY DAUGHTERS、lostageとのオムニバスCD"BONES"に収録された「DIDDY-BOP」の4曲をリレコーディングした合計14曲が収録。なお、ヴォーカル&ギターの渡邊忍は、先日リリースされ見事オリコンチャート初登場第1位を獲得した木村カエラのオリジナルフルアルバム『8EIGHT8」の全楽曲プロデュースを手掛けている。
