Superfly初のアリーナツアー"Shout In The Rainbow!!"が12月3日(土)のさいたまスーパーアリーナを皮切りにスタートし、さいたまスーパーアリーナの2DAYS、そして名古屋日本ガイシホールの2DAYS、大阪城ホール大阪2DAYSの全6公演、約7万人の動員を記録した。チケットは即日SOLD OUT。まさにプレミアムライブとなったが、今作はアリーナツアーの最終公演である大阪城ホールのライブの模様を完全ノーカットで収録。大阪城ホールは、Superflyゆかりの会場。2007年4月のデビュー直後にイベント出演し、初めてアリーナでLIVEをした場所がこの大阪城ホール。実際にライブ中のMCでも、この時の思い出話を語っている。映像の内容は、MC含め (アンコール含む)全21曲全てを収録。Superflyとして初の完全ノーカット収録でライブの臨場感を余すところなく収録し、Superfly・越智志帆のパワフルなボーカルを映像からも味わう事ができ、圧倒的なLiveパフォーマンスも十分に堪能できる作品となっている。 初回限定版には、新曲「さすらいの旅人」を収録したシングルCD付き。
