2017年2月に日本武道館公演を成功させたばかりのVersaillesのヴォーカルKAMIJOによる二年十ヵ月ぶりのニューシングルが発売! "少年の美しい声を維持する為に声変わり前に去勢をする"という「カストラート」をモチーフにした耽美作品。今までにも増してシンフォニックなサウンドは、まさにハリウッド映画の如く迫る壮大な楽曲となっている。通常盤に収録の「Battle of the Tower -16-」はPS4ゲーム「LET IT DIE」とのタイアップ楽曲。ゲーム内のボスJIN DIEとのバトルシーンの為にKAMIJOが書き下ろしたEPIC TRACKとなっている。
