前作「君想う、故に我在り」より約2年ぶりとなるBIGMAMAのオリジナルフルアルバム「The Vanishing Bride」の発売が決定した。今作に収録されているのは、名古屋のラジオ局ZIP-FM開局21周年を記念し"未来への旅"をテーマに作られ東海地区エリアのタワーレコードにて限定発売した所、即日完売する店舗が続出したM-7「ワンダーラスト」、"逆境があるからこそ感動がある"というメッセージが込められているM-14「神様も言う通りに」は大阪のラジオ局FM802「ROCK KIDS 802-OCHIKEN GoesON!!-」にて先行O.Aされていた楽曲。そして、BIGMAMAが得意とする"ロック×クラシック"をテーマに制作されたM-6「Swan Song」(チャイコフスキー『白鳥の湖』)、M-10「Royalize」(サティ『ジムノペディ』)も収録。また、シングル曲のM-3「Sweet Dreams」、M-10「alongside」、M-11「Theater of Mind」はアルバム用にミックスされているのも聴き所の一つ。初回限定盤のDVDには、「A KITE」(Music Video+Making)、「ワンダーラスト」(Music Video アナザーヴァージョン)を収録。ライブ写真やオフショットが満載の20ページフォトブックが三方背ケースに収納される豪華仕様。
