10年の活動の集大成として4月28日に日本武道館にて行われたライブ"w-inds. 10th Anniversary -Three Fourteen-」の模様が完全収録されたライブDVD!! もともとはデビュー日に当たる3月14日に予定されていたこのライブでしたが、東日本大震災による延期を経て、約1ヵ月後に行われたこの記念ライブはファンクラブを通じて、事前にファンから投票され、上位にランクインされた楽曲を中心に構成。照明はLEDを導入し、通所の1/5の電力で運営され、被災者のファンも数多く来場し、いわばファンとw-inds.が一緒になって創り上げたプレミアムなライブとなり、ライブ開催後よりファンから作品化の問い合わせが殺到。DVDには約2時間半に及ぶライブを完全収録。日本武道館の構造を最大限利用したw-inds.初の円形ステージでダイナミックな映像とリンクしたパフォーマンスが展開。デビュー前の初々しい10年前のストリートライブの映像が流れたり、ライブ中盤では KEITAのフェイヴァリット・アーティストであるエリック・ベネィのカヴァーや、RYUICHIのバンドパフォーマンス、RYOHEIのソロダンスなど、10年をただ振り返るだけではなく、メンバーひとり一人にスポットを当てたコーナーを設け、ソロの見所をふんだんに盛り込み、メンバーそれぞれのファン全員が満足できる仕様となっている。
