This release took me a few listens to really get into it in all honesty, however, I've come to truly fall for this single. The first track seems to follow on the heels of their newer, more upbeat albums, and the second track just kicks butt with the punk/rock sound. (I tend to put this one on repeat actually!) While I'll always be partial to the 'old' feel of L'Arc~en~ciel & their darker rock ballads, their more polished, mature sound still rings true for the band. Maybe best to wait for a full album w/these songs, otherwise fans should snatch this up, at least for the karaoke parts. ^_^
L'Arc~en~ciel's first single in almost two years is definately what fans have been waiting for. The single provides a catchy rythem and powerful lyrics from Hyde. The B-side, Honey 2007, also provides an interesting version of the popular song song by Tetsu. If you're a fan of Laruku, this is a definate buy.
