2008年より毎年浜離宮朝日ホールにて行っているライヴ「Premium meets Premium」(2010年7月22日、23日実施)をDVD化。過去2年はオーケストラをバックにしっとりと歌い上げる内容で行っていましたが、今年は一転、3人のアコースティック編成のバンド (ギター&キーボード、ベース、パーカッション)をバックに従えて歌い上げた内容。"プレミアムなSET LIST"をテーマに選ばれた楽曲は、「亜麻色の髪の乙女」のピアノヴァージョンや、SINGLE曲「真夜中のギター」、2月発売の最新SINGLE曲で古内東子書き下ろしによるバラード曲「簡単に言えたなら」も初披露。そして今までLIVEであまり披露される機会の少なかったSINGLEカップリング曲や人気の高いALBUM収録曲などからセレクトされた楽曲を完全収録! さらに、世界有数の音環境の素晴らしさを活かしたLIVE音源全18曲を収録した島谷ひとみ初のLIVE CD付き。
