通産3作目にして最高傑作の登場だ。前2作に比べ、全体の感触は遥かにストロングである。時に驚くほどポップな楽曲は幅広いファン層の開拓への期待も抱かせる充実ぶり。彼等の考えうる『ヘビイの在り方』を整合性と共にモダンな要素、純度の高いメロディを投げ込み、独自のスタイルで築き上げ纏め上げたのが本作品である。タイトル曲である『ボイマヘ』でも聴ける、リフ・オリエンテッドでパワフルに迫る音像は、極めてエキサイティングであり、緩急のつけ方も単なる音圧の抜き差しではなく、見事なテクニックとグルーブを伴った音塊をうねらせるようなアンサンブルで仕上げられている。決して類型化したスタイルに陥る事無く、激と情の対比のコントラストを深い部分で見事なまでに融合している。ライブでのパフォーマンスが思い浮かぶ様な勢いに満ちている一方で、キャッチーに盛り上げていくような躍動感あふれるリズムを用いたアレンジも大変素晴らしい。彼等の魅力がダイレクトに伝わってくる今作は、BANDそのもののレベルが予想以上にパワーアップし、『BULL ZEICHEN 88』のコレ以上でもコレ以下でもない音楽的成長を随所に感じられるであろう。いかにアートとしてリスナーに訴えかけるか、その術を熟知した力作であり、既成のニュースクール/エモをまとめてぶっ壊しかねないガッツのある作品だ。一つだけ言えるのは、とにかくコイツ等は本物だ!!!
