2012年大晦日に行われたFFコンサートのブレーレイ! シリーズ生誕25周年を迎えたファイナルファンタジー (以下、FF)。世界累計出荷本数は100,000,000本を超え、今なおファンを増やす日本が誇るRPGの金字塔。その音楽は世界中で多くのファンを魅了する。本作はファンの中でも商品化の要望が最も高い "フルオーケストラ" 演奏によるコンサート映像を収録した映像作品。2012年12月31日、東京国際フォーラムにて行われたコンサート『Distant Worlds music from FINAL FANTASY THE CELEBRATION』の模様を完全収録 (※FF1からシリーズ最新作FF14までの楽曲を網羅)。新規メドレー曲をはじめ、実力・人気ともに兼ね備えたアーティスト "Crystal Kay" が歌うFFシリーズ初のボーカル曲「Eyes On Me」(FF8)、シリーズ屈指の名場面で流れる「オペラ～マリアとドラクゥ (完全版)」(FF6)、そしてアンコールで演奏された2曲を含む19曲を収録。さらにマルチアングルでは、コンサート会場でも観客の目を釘付けにしたゲームムービーも視聴可能。
